Throughout my career, I've been responsible for improving complex systems, leading teams, and solving operational problems, not just making things look better.
One thing I noticed over and over: many excellent businesses were being held back not by the quality of their work, but by outdated systems, processes, or technology that made it harder to serve customers well and grow.
